Flat fee has been around for a while and maybe you have to interview 20 agents or more, but you’ll find someone to do it at a discount if you ask enough.

Sure, thing is if you're e.g. a first time buyer, that is probably not something the first realtor you talk to is going to mention. FSBO also.
