Ummm. Amending the Constitution requires more than a president simply wanting to. Even SCOTUS cannot unilaterally amend it. There’s a process. Laid out clearly in the, what, CONSTITUTION!

SCOTUS can easily interpret the Constitution to mean whatever it wants, no amendment necessary. They already removed our right to privacy with Dobbs.
