It’s a programme you can watch with your partner and your Granny. There’s not an ounce of nastiness in it, the odd bit of innuendo which we love over here and as many disasters as well as triumphs. The best baker sometimes doesn’t win as well, it goes to the best journey.
The thing i like about it is the genuine camaraderie and kindness amongst the competitors. Too many food competition shows here in the US push the drama and backbiting between the contestants.
