That one seems like it has an obvious response: Mere sensors that don't protrude are allowed everywhere, but body augmentations require case-by-case preapprovals

The human body already has an integrated system for self monitoring, even if it's flawed (just ask me and my response to an allergen 8 hours after I ate a tiny bit of it)
