Deportation isn’t a prosecution? Weird. I would have thought it was. And if we cannot sue federal law enforcement for civil liberties violations, that seems like a really big problem when they’re the ones violating civil rights. Immigration law has too many loopholes allowing for abuses.

Leadership and officers are subject to prosecution under Title 18 USC section 242. Cases are too rare but they exist. City attorneys, prosecutors and city and county level need to pursue charges, pressure them. Now is the moment this law was written for. www.justice.gov/crt/deprivat...
