This isn’t difficult. He’s obviously dead or incapacitated. And, like the morons they are, the people around him are trying to just cover it up.

Judging by the number of people accepting previous and doctored photos as legit, they’ll be able to cover it up until he recovers, barring any sort of actual emergency where the lack of his live presence would raise too many questions.
