I think that’s my biggest issue. I don’t have any mobility items, I just unlocked the kamaheha from the witch. There are areas that seem to require a double chump or some type of dash move, like spikes on the floor, and I’m not sure where to get them.
You should be able to pogo on the spikes on the ground by attacking down while jumping. But go to that very vertical room to the left of the area below the town. On the left side of that tall room, there will be a path to the left that you can kill an enemy with that Kamehameha

I honestly considered trying once considering how I've slowly realized just how vital the pogo attack is, but now I feel like a coward for not going through it and trying it. Getting hit in this game causes me trauma. haha
It's the sound going away, getting dark. This game LET'S YOU KNOW that you took damage.
And the vibration and THUD sound. It makes me anxious. lol
