My father did this and didn't take long for chemo dementia to show up. This would be obvious if and when it shows up.

Old rich people get all kinds of infusions in that area. Could be chemo. Or a million other things. Even just vitamins and nutrient infusions wouldn’t be unusual for a rich old guy like him. He does look like he’s on his last legs though.
