We are often our own worst critic. I'm betting you would do better than you might think. I still see flaws here and there, but am thankful for the praise of the majority more than criticism I have heard from a few. But each tells me where I need to work on improvement and where my strengths are.

Thanks. I work with all types, but I prefer a watercolor or ink-wash base with oil pastel or colored chalk over that, sometimes when I want crisp, sharp detail I will use colored pencils instead. Then I always smooth and refine it even more with an art app. Lately, I'm trying out Paintshop Pro.

Thanks. 😊 I just finished refining another piece that you might like, based off these, too. It took me a couple of days to complete. This was an ink-wash and acrylic base with refined inking overlay, then highlight, shadow and effects were augmented with Paintshop Pro.
