Iran seems pretty serious about mining the Straights. 25% of all shipping goes through there. I got no idea how Trump reacts or how oil traders price in a real event anc not the usual head fake.

I don't see how the regime can survive if it cuts off a major revenue source like that. If it does close the strait I doubt it would be for long.
