Expanding the House is good on the merits (more so with PR) but I think one still shouldn’t exaggerate it as an EC fix when it doesn’t do that much.

I mean, is anyone selling it as a perfect fix, versus it will reverse some of the structural bias towards the GOP?
True because many states are 'winner take all.' when it comes to the EC
