That’s a very good couple of points. There was no graffiti when & where I grew up but we used the stuff & didn’t really have to . 🧐

Same thing with me growing up - I remember using it for Halloween costumes and not much else! Graffiti was uncommon in my area till the 00's, and has only gotten progressively worse since the 10s.
