You're absolutely right. While there's serious poverty in the USA, it isn't third-world, brown-skinned poverty, and it isn't, as you say, white/cis America. They're like children now, shocked that the adults are betraying them, waiting for Superheroes to come and save them. They aren't coming.

Can't lead an army when nobody is signing up to join me. 😭 I have spent years of my life reading about things like the French Resistance and the abolitionist Underground movement, etc. It's sabotage season. I am so ready to take on an actual militant aspect in this fight but I'm not popular enough.
