Reminds me of the Halloween when I charted Philly culture on bike ride back to Kensington. Near Temple: small groups, a few people on stoops. Fishtown: flocks of costumed children in the light of decorations, crowded stoops. My block: empty but for two teens with werewolf masks and machetes.
