I think what I mean when I say "they work very hard" is they constantly think about their jobs. They don't think of themselves as workers that punch in and punch out. It's all politics all the time.

I believe they do think about their jobs constantly too. I just wish they thought their job was governing and not enriching themselves and keeping that job that they use to enrich themselves. Like the constant need to fundraise is a self inflicted problem.
