It is still wild to me that we as a country simply continue to refuse to believe that discrimination can be systemic, despite all the evidence, and can only intellectually grasp the idea that some people are just bigoted and that’s the way it is.

Also would love for a single f*cking journalist writing an article about a perceptions poll to also give context on how close or far away from reality the some people’s perceptions are. Like, is this random man’s misunderstanding about DEI true or not? No idea! They don’t state either way.
