Sharing this with the public is the second bullet point under the Transparency section of what to do next.

A screenshot of one of the slides from the presentation entitled Moving Forward. The second item listed under Transparency is to share the report with staff and public.

I’m not sure what would be surprising to people, but here are some highlights.

Screenshot of slide: Document Review & Social Media Analysis Corroboration Document Review Social Media & News Review • Personnel and HR documents reflect exclusionary defaults (e.g., Christian-centric holidays, ableist language, vague reporting structures) and lack of trauma-informed structure for feedback processes. • Interviews and hiring tools lack consistency with outdated job classifications that may introduce bias reinforcing perceptions of favoritism. • Missed opportunities to ask about belonging and inclusion and psychological safety in exit processes. • Public discourse around past DEl controversies remains unresolved, fueling mistrust. • Online feedback reveals high value placed on veteran support and neurodiversity inclusion but disability access is underrepresented. • Communication and visual storytelling skew toward certain demographics calls for greater age, ability, and cultural representation. • Engagement gaps suggest residents want more clarity and purpose behind DEl language and action with more transparency and emotional intelligence in leadership.

Should be noted these are just the slides that they put out and not an actual executive summary. It takes so much effort to just get the town to post anything that admittedly I lose steam after getting them to do the absolutely bare minimum.
