It's an artists work whether or not you print it big or small. If you use their exact artwork you need to pay them for it.

BTW to all of you complaining about AI, throughout history art has been derivative. Every new generation is inspired by and influenced by the artists that came before. Do we just suppose all impressionists independently came up with the style independently? No FFS they imitated the style.

Throughout history humans have made use of tools and nature to produce art. A computer is just another tool. I pity you, because I as an artist am not worried that AI will replace me. Just like printers and photocopies didn't replace me.. AI won't replace artists ... Real artists.
