Using the word "you" in an argument often triggers defensiveness because it sounds accusatory and places blame. Instead, use "I" statements, such as "I feel frustrated when...". This shifts the focus to your own feelings, invites empathy, and allows for constructive communication rather than escalat

The word "I" makes no sense in that context. The replacement word would be "one", but thats way to formal sounding for this place. I'm going to stick to writing in English and trusting readers can understand English words (since im one of those monolingual dummies and dont really have a choice).
