the smallest semblance of a habit or routine--fifteen minutes! anything!--is gonna feel like Your Rock pretty soon and you'll be grateful you have it as a building point. just set the easiest goal imaginable for yourself and start hitting it (unsolicited, sorry, I just am vexed by this a lot!)
