right, the people who died on October 7th are not victims, they are occupiers and therefore per international laws the aggressors

Ok, that is a way of viewing things, but the people who died on October 7 were probably grandchildren of the occupiers (who won several large wars after the occupation) but were themselves not violent or escalating violence.
