There was something endearing about the old dear. Many British were born and died during her very long reign.

Whisky I disagree with the Royal famiy evading tax, profiting from the country, getting away with murder, the Queen was good for the country and its image. Now it’s going to the dogs 😬

You are absolutely right. She was wise and deliberately removed herself from politics, it was obvious she was becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the government in her last 10 years. I’m afraid the rest of her family aren’t up to the job, Charles is as good as it gets.
