Having worked with a number of them I can tell you not all headteachers are intelligent… especially not emotionally intelligent…. The proof 🙄

I would love to know the retention rate of pupils who choose to stick around at her school for A levels after GCSEs when they have a bit more agency. Would not surprise me in the least if it's in the toilet.
