The first time buyers are trapped due to paying extortion rent so they can’t save for a deposit. They are also being ripped off by utility companies like the rest of us. More likely the fault of asset hoarding non doms than asylum seekers.
The home office are competing with councils to buy/rent accommodation for migrants who come into this country by “illegal means”. This means that (majority low priced) properties are not available to young people to rent or buy. People who are angry about this are not racist.

It's a tiny %age in a country of 70 million. The vast majority of land in the UK is undeveloped. We have literally hundreds of thousands of homes unoccupied in private hands. Miliband had the right idea, seize them, and hand them to councils for social houses and homes for our young people

I complained to Ofcom about Ferrari. He had Lowe on his show, Lowe made an unfounded statement about the ethnicity of the "grooming gangs." A statement we all know to be false. Ferrari did not counter him, in fact deflected by switching to another topic. I have yet to receive any response from Ofcom
