Priest kneels in prayer to block ICE detention vansāusing body as shield until dragged away. 3 protesters were arrested at the morning prayer protestātrying to stop transport of detainees. This is same facility that denied access to 4 members of Congress who went to inspect conditions in June.
The only thing that has seemed to make ICE concerned to do their jobs have been priests and bishops. They also would not pass a high ranking bishop to get people, either. Maybe some believe in God and feel shirking and abusing priests and bishops isn't going to get them any favors with God.
