False. Senate democrats have said if the articles are walked to the senate floor they will vote to impeach. Don't know where you get your information, but it's false.

The entire democratic party does not oppose impeachment. Some who prefer compromise do. Those are the ones to replace in the midterms with democrats that will actually fight.
