the Big Beautiful Bill is extremely unpopular, fiscally disastrous, callous and cruel and devastating to Americans in need. And still we have national Democrats out on the Sunday morning TV shows criticizing their own party's mayoral candidate. A real wakeup call. Something's gotta give.

I have only voted for the current Democrats due to lack of any other viable option. There have been maybe 5 that have shown they care or tried to make the current situation better. They all have asked me for money though. I’d applaud a reworking of the entire party to realign with what they preach.

He himmed and hawed over global infatada. All he has to say was, as mayor I'll make it my number one job to protect the people of NY. I don't support terrorism in any way and I will work to stop antisemitism. Then, he can go and explain how Infatada means different things to different people.

Anyone running for mayor of NY is going to highlight their intent to protect the city from terrorism. It wouldn't be hard at all for him to construct a canned line reassuring people of that. Being Muslim, he knows the question is coming.
