I know Trump says it was mail-in ballots that made him move Space Command, but don't you think Trump is still mad that Colorado tried to take his name off the primary ballot?

Yup that - and also Colorado will not release Tina Peter, the former Mesa County Clerk, who tampered with election results and was caught and imprisoned. Trump wants her pardoned, but can't do a thing about it because it's under state purview.
