All along the borders of every NATO country! Make it a multi-national force. Move drones and missiles there also that can easily reach Moscow.
1/6 – Budgets NATO Europe+Canada spend >$485B (2024). Russia’s 2025 defence budget ~$130–145B (~6% GDP). Non-US NATO has multiple times more financial power. www.nato.int/cps/en/natoh... www.rbc.ru/politics/16/...
6/6 – Industry & outlook Russia runs war economy, boosting munitions. NATO allies: 2% GDP now, path to 3.5–5% by 2035. Scale & tech mean NATO Europe will pull ahead long-term. www.nato.int/cps/en/natoh... www.ft.com/content/nato...
5/6 – Nuclear Russia = largest nuclear arsenal worldwide. NATO Europe still has UK (~225) & France (~290) warheads. Smaller, but independent deterrent. sipri.org/yearbook/202...
4/6 – Naval balance Russia relies on subs but surface fleet badly hit in Black Sea. NATO Europe builds modern frigates/destroyers, plus new ASW (UK-Norway T26). www.defensenews.com/global/europ... www.csis.org/analysis/rus...
3/6 – Air power NATO Europe ~1,916 jets vs Russia ~1,522. Growing F-35 fleets. But gaps in enablers (EW, ISR, tankers) still critical without US. www.flightglobal.com/defence-worl... www.rusi.org/explore-our-...
2/6 – Land forces Russia: strong in artillery, ~250k shells/month, new explosives plants. NATO Europe aims at 2M 155mm shells/year by late 2025. Still catching up on stockpiles. www.rusi.org/explore-our-... www.eeas.europa.eu/africa/eu-de...
