I'm pretty sure a poll of Bluesky users in mid-2023 would have Fetterman and Whitmer listed as top presidential/vice presidential picks for 24 and 28. Now, people are allowed to change their mind, but let's just see what the political environment before we start issuing ultimatums
Also, regarding expansion of health care/insurance: Many of the changes to Medicaid in Republicans' Big Stupid Bill don't take effect immediately; they start in 2027 or 2028. The Democratic Congress will be focused on combatting those. Expansion from the 2024 baseline is...unlikely
