Nobody had that much stuff in the 80s, certainly not at the same time. If you were young enough for Playskool toys, you definitely didn't have Schwarzenegger posters. Neither kids nor parents kept shrines to stuff a kid had outgrown. If it wasn't ruined, it all got passed on to some other kid.

I don’t think I even knew who Schwarzenegger was until the 90s! Play School was more my thing.

He was Conan the Barbarian in the 80s, popular with older teens but not little kids. R-rated, which doesn't mean younger teens never saw it but they weren't the target audience.

Yeah. We had the main TV in the den and a portable B&W that normally lived in my parents' room, but that we were allowed to move to ours occasionally to watch something nobody else was interested in. Mostly Japanese monster movies on rainy Saturday afternoons, but only a few times a year.
