So wrest control! Both the major parties in the US went through seismic shifts in the 20th century on major issues. There's already plenty Democrats who want what you want I can't help but feel like this whole "The Democrats are irredeemable" thing is a con to fracture the left out of ANY power
They gave us a "choice" between multiple democrats for president and then propped up Joe Biden, who had been to the right of Reagan times in his career. The party leadership is the problem.
Oh I don’t believe that Dems are irredeemable. Most Dems are more left than Dem politicians so we need to push for representatives that better align with what we actually want rather than taking these limited options. I think we’re all much closer than we realize even right & left.
