The targeting of younger and younger men for ED (Erectil Disfunction) meds is common place now, why do you think that is?

Could be that they are bombarded with the idea that they need to be highly successful and hyper masculine in order to have "made it", including high testosterone levels. Couple this with a lack of genuine offline interpersonal connections and porn addiction; it makes a perfect storm of desperation.

I think it has to do with catching the young men early so that there is a dependency. Just my thoughts.
