Some restaurants here=Mon as regular day off, but if not many are open given UVA is open. I'm sure Otto Eats & Roots are open, reliably good. If Pearl Island is open (reg hrs 12-6, nothing online re:holiday)=amazing, top choice. Milan's great if open.
