Might not work in 115 degrees. Here in Phoenix using a fan alone becomes kind of pointless once it gets above 100. You start pushing hot air and just makes it more miserable.

Japan is more like east coast, DC area - hot and insanely humid. Saw people working in these where the “feels like” temp was over 100. But not 115, and not your dry heat.
