Do not believe that she defends Ukraine because of principles of liberalism, democracy and souveranity. It's about securing German capital in Eastern Europe and better stand in geopolitics for EU and DE given Ukraine's rare earths, grains and the entrance control into EU waters at the Crimean port.
Why do you assume ill intent from her? Clearly you dislike her, but that doesn't justify making up your own conspiracy theories about why the EU is helping Ukraine. Clearly, it's in the best interest of both the EU & Ukraine if it remains free & democratic instead of being oppressed by Russia.
