The word “inspired” is an action verb. Action verbs take objective case pronouns. The pronoun “I” cannot be used because it is a nominative case pronoun. The pronoun “we” is the correct pronoun to use because it’s an objective case pronoun. I’m an ELA teacher. My post was about a grammatical error.
