What would you do? Lugo to the IL? Falter takes his starts (maybe as the first pitcher to hopefully get through 3 innings in a bullpen game)?

Maybe. Maybe he could use a rehab start too. No pitching for two and a half weeks would be tough to come back right away, especially when he was pitching poorly anyway.
