...can a sitting president be prosecuted by a state... It looks like it's just never been tried actually. Might be worth a shot really... Governors on board, along with citizens nationwide...???

I mean, constitutionally, he can be prosecuted by the feds as well. We just need a new SCOTUS first. If it's ever tested with a different court they'll overturn that steaming pile.
