Residents of a Garden City neighbourhood are scratching their heads after their downspouts were ripped off of their homes in a brazen mid-day theft this week.

Sounds like a building contractor needed the rain gutter drops to complete new home builds and didn't want to pay for the parts or the delivery of the parts is too far past the home closings.
