The Nat'l Guard has NO, ZERO, ZILCH, authority to arrest ANYONE under ANY circumstances!! Legally... They can NOT engage in any: Search (a person), seize, detention of, apprehension (arrest), or any other law enforcement activity!!

But Fed. Courts still recognize and take laws seriously! Besides, I think the Fed. Ct. Judges are about sick of all the Trump & crew antics, BS, literal lies in court, ignoring their (Judges) orders, etc... Judges appointed by Pres. of both parties! I think their (Judges) patience is running thin!!
