In 2023, sorry don't remember the exact date, was tested by the IBA and disqualified. The IBA has since lost their certification as the governing international body of boxing for their bad practices. And for the 2024 Olympics, she did quality to compete.

So Khelif failed the 2023 test and the Olympics didn’t test.

As for the IOC, the spokesperson Mark Adams stated that everyone competing in the women's category was complying with the competition eligibility rules. To my knowledge, the IOC is still credible.

If the IBA hadn't lost their credibility, I'd probably be sceptical too, but they did. I can't believe anything from an entity that isn't credible.
