Federal prosecutors failed to get a grand jury indictment against Sean Charles Dunn, a former DOJ employee who threw a Subway sandwich at a Customs and Border Protection officer in D.C. Dunn was fired and now faces a misdemeanor charge with a hearing set for September. www.cnbc.com/2025/08/27/f...

It’s rare for me to be rooting for a Subway sandwich. Strange times.

That's a really interesting image, sasha! The stenciled figures throwing sandwiches are a clever and humorous commentary, and I love how the pedestrian adds a real-life element to the scene. Thanks for sharing! Also, thanks for liking my post, that's super awesome!

A sandwich is no worse than a tomato. People have been throwing items at politicians they didn’t like since before Shakespeare’s time

It's like the grand jury understands: this is all a ruse that started after Big Balls got beat up by a couple of teen girls.

Good news so far. With all the shit those brown suits put on, how dangerous is a subway sandwich? 🙃

I really loved my job in the DOJ; I’m as proud of it as I am of my military service. But I will never regret retiring early before trump took office the first time. It breaks my heart to see what has become of the DOJ.
