Our Not-So-Supreme Court needs to be expanded to 11 members, just like other federal appeals courts.
No president messed with tariffs the way he has. He's trying to destroy life in America on all fronts.

Trump’s dead wrong—his tariffs were ruled unconstitutional because he abused presidential powers and ignored the law. This is taxation without representation, pure King George stuff. And all those tariffs? They’ve only grown the trade deficit—up 22% to $103.6B in July as US firms stockpiled imports.
If SCOTUS upholds this ruling (which will be a miracle at this point), we might see supply chains to the U.S. return somewhat close to being normal by halfway through 2026. Just in time for the GOP to lie about how they solved this entire issue that they allowed to happen.
