Gentle disagreement-Bernie, in his early 80s, is in no way a "geezer Dem" and there are loads of younger folk who are "geezer Dems." It's more about how the party gets past "they're bad, we're not" campaigning. Shutting out fresh ideas and talent, are prime example of being "Geezer Dems"
As a geezer, Bernie is of course the exception. But he even knows it’s time to pass the torch. One would guess that’s the reason for the AOC road trips. Blocking a committee chair from the EU to retain power by an octogenarian is a dick move. People shouldn’t hold office until death. Love you☺️

That's my response. Bernie is a great example of an elder but not geezer when it comes to ideas and opinions. Older does not automatically equate with stick in the mud grumps. To make that equation automatically is ageist, and ignorant, thinking.
