those bills don't go to getting candidates elected. in tarrant county, a competitive, purple district they laid off all their staffers during mayoral races. they're completely complacent and unwilling to fight winnable battles. we're under attack everywhere, and they retreat to safe districts
talk to people who do back end work with the democrats. it's miserable. they treat everyone with the same sanctimonious derision you treat progressives with. kills everyone's morale. they make it insanely difficult to organize.
this is a deeply rotten political party divorced from the actual dynamics of power. we need an opposition to behave like opposition when blatant textbook fascism is taking everything over americans hold dear. or we are fucked for the long long term.
