I knew I was a woman in 2015. I'm having my first session with a therapist to get diagnosed with dysphoria today, which is required to get gender affirming care. Part of me wants to laugh and sing, part of me wants to scream and cry. I'm terrified and I'm full of hope. Thank you for your service.
