It's no comfort at all, but there is tremendous Dog Who Caught The Car energy to RFK at HHS, where he's going to find that our health systems are run by well-meaning people doing science and not some corproate conspiracy. I'm not so optimistic. People who believe this stuff usually also believe everyone who disagrees with them is part of the conspiracy. And they're scientifically illiterate. They cherry pick information and analysis that fits their conclusions.
