I’m not sure there’s a lot the Feds can do here and if he makes a big deal about it people will blame him for not fixing it. I think he should do it.

I think the two best things the feds can do are to cut tariffs and a targeted increase in immigration for people who want to work construction.

Yeah this is what I was saying. It’s just gonna be some dumbass “rent control by executive order” thing that will have no legal effect whatsoever or some kind of wishful thinking about tax credits for developers or god knows what. NOTHING he can do on his own.
