I'm not saying that he isn't effective as the means to that end. I'm saying: stop attributing the dismantling of HHS to him merely doubling down on his ego and stupidity. He is a symptom of the problem, not the cause. He is part of the Thiel/Miller agenda — whether he knows it or not.
